Thank you for choosing 90 Plus Performance. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in every purchase. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.


Order Issues & Damaged Items

If your order arrives incorrect, damaged, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.
We will quickly send a replacement or offer a refund for the affected item.

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem


Returns & Refunds

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened supplements.

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • Your package was lost in transit

  • The product was defective

Unopened items in original condition may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of delivery.
Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our end.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method

Lost or Stolen Packages

If the carrier marks your package as delivered but you have not received it, please check:

  • Your mailbox and surrounding areas

  • Other household members

  • Neighbors or building office

If the package is still missing after 48 hours, contact us. We will assist with a replacement on a case-by-case basis.


Non-Refundable Items

We cannot issue refunds or accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products purchased outside of our official website

  • “Change of mind” after the product has shipped

  • Refused or unclaimed packages


 Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this window, your order immediately begins processing and cannot be canceled.


Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are issued within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
